Kylie was a beautiful and outgoing 2 year old. She put a smile on everyone's face. She adored her two older sister's and loved following them in their footsteps. This foundation was created in memory of Kylie Rose Kinsel,our sweet baby girl who went to Heaven on 2/4/2021. We remember her vivacious spirit and smile.
